How to make a double layered flower using paper quilling.

Start by making 2 single layer flowers using complimentary colors and different sized petals.  Please refer to the previous video titled how to make a simple single layer flower if you need a refresher.

Once the glue is dried, affix the smaller flower on top of the larger flower making sure that the petals are staggered.

For a more intricate center, take a half strip of each of the colors that you used and glue them together.  Once the glue is dried, make a tight coil and affix it in the center of the flower.

Voila, you have made your first double layer flower .

  1. Heya this is somewhat of off topic but I was wanting to know if blogs use WYSIWYG editors or if you have to manually code with HTML. I’m starting a blog soon but have no coding experience so I wanted to get advice from someone with experience. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
